I specialize in therapeutic massage for headaches, neck pain, and shoulder tension. I also love providing relaxation massage that allows you the opportunity to leave your session feeling less muscle tension, anxiety & depression, pain, and the ability to feel more rested.

Our Services include:

Therapeutic & Relaxation Massage - Several different modalities of massage, tools and pressure are used to mobilize soft body tissues including muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments with an outcome of easing muscle tension, better range of motion, and promoting relaxation.
Thai Steam Tent - Guaranteed warm!!! Using traditional Thai herbal blends, you can ease chronic muscle tension, reduce inflammation, improve quality of your breath and promote relaxation. The gentle heat melts you into the chair and without visual distractions this service is very meditative. You will spend 8 minutes in the steam tent following an eight minute rest outside of the tent. Three rounds of steaming and resting will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed! Bottled water is provided. Bring your swimsuit or swim shorts!
